It is not determinative as to whether or not there was negligence on behalf of the nursing home necessarily, but it’s very helpful in terms of gathering that information.
2. Second, you must then also talk with an experienced nursing home abuse and neglect attorney so that they can analyze the records and the findings of the state and counsel you on that.
